حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: انْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعِي أَبِي، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الدِّينُ عَزِيزًا مَنِيعًا إِلَى اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً»، فَقَالَ كَلِمَةً صَمَّنِيهَا النَّاسُ، فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي: مَا قَالَ؟ قَالَ: «كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ»
عبداللہ ) بن عون نے شعبی سے ، انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں گیا ، میرے ساتھ میرے والد تھے ، میں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا : " بارہ خلفاء ( کے عہد ) تک مسلسل یہ دین غالب اور ( دشمنوں سے ) محفوظ رہے گا ۔ " پھر آپ نے کوئی کلمہ فرمایا جسے لوگوں نے مجھے سننے نہ دیا ، میں نے اپنے والد سے پوچھا : آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کیا فرمایا؟ انہوں نے کہا : آپ نے فرمایا : " وہ سب قریش میں سے ہوں گے
It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir b. Samura that the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: This order will continue to be dominant until there have been twelve Caliphs. The narrator says: Then he said something which I could not understand, and I said to my father: What did he say? My father told me that he said that all of them (Caliphs) would be from the Quraish.
