حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَزَادَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ، فَتَلَا عَلَيْنَا آيَةَ النِّسَاءِ: {أَنْ لَا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا} [الممتحنة: 12] الْآيَةَ
معمر نے زہری سے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی اور حدیث میں یہ اضافہ کیا : اس کے بعد آپ نے ہمارے سامنے عورتوں ( کے احکام ) والی ( سورۃ الممتحنہ کی ) یہ آیت تلاوت کی : " کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی چیز کو شریک نہ کریں
