حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ، إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرُجِمَ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَا بَعْدَهُ مِنْ نُزُولِ الْآيَةِ

  وکیع نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : ہمیں اعمش نے اسی سند کے ساتھ اس قول تک ، اسی طرح حدیث بیان کی : " نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حکم دیا تو اسے رجم کر دیا گیا ۔ " انہوں نے اس کے بعد کا ، آیات کے نازل ہونے والا حصہ بیان نہیں کیا
