وحَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ دَاوُدَ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ بَعْضَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ: فَاعْتَرَفَ بِالزِّنَى ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ
یحییٰ بن زکریا بن ابی زائدہ اور سفیان دونوں نے داود سے اسی سند کے ساتھ اس حدیث کا کچھ حصہ بیان کیا ، البتہ سفیان کی حدیث میں ہے : اس نے تین بار زنا کا اعتراف کیا ۔ ( چوتھی بار کے اعتراف پر اسے سزا سنائی گئی
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Dawud with the same chain of transmitters but with this variation that in the hadith narrated by Sufyan (the words are): He made a confession of having committed adultery, thrice.
