وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الْمَمْلُوكِ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ، فَيُعْتِقُ أَحَدُهُمَا، قَالَ: «يَضْمَنُ
محمد بن جعفر نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے قتادہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے نضر بن انس سے ، انہوں نے بشیر بن نہیک سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ نے دو آدمیوں کے مشترکہ غلام کے بارے میں جن میں سے ایک ( اپنا حصہ ) آزاد کر دیتا ہے ، فرمایا : " وہ ( دوسرے کا ) ضامن ہے ۔ ( کہ اس کے حصے کی قیمت اسے مل جائے گی
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: In case the slave is owned by two persons, and one of them emancipates him, he will guarantee (his full freedom).
