وحَدَّثَنِي سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَحَدِيثُ مَعْمَرٍ مِثْلُ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِشَيْءٍ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِاللَّاتِ وَالْعُزَّى»، قَالَ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُسْلِمٌ: هَذَا الْحَرْفُ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ تَعَالَى أُقَامِرْكَ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ، لَا يَرْوِيهِ أَحَدٌ غَيْرُ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: وَلِلزُّهْرِيِّ نَحْوٌ مِنْ تِسْعِينَ حَدِيثًا يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، لَا يُشَارِكُهُ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ بِأَسَانِيدَ جِيَادٍ
اوزاعی اور معمر دونوں نے زہری سے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی اور معمر کی حدیث یونس کی حدیث کے مانند ہے ، البتہ انہوں نے کہا : "" تو وہ کچھ صدقہ کرے ۔ "" اور اوزاعی کی حدیث میں ہے : "" جس نے لات اور عزیٰ کی قسم کھائی ۔ "" ابوحسین مسلم ( مؤلف کتاب ) نے کہا : یہ کلمہ ، آپ کے فرمان : "" ( جو کہے ) آؤ ، میں تمہارے ساتھ جوا کھیلوں تو وہ صدقہ کرے ۔ "" اسے امام زہری کے علاوہ اور کوئی روایت نہیں کرتا ۔ انہوں نے کہا : اور زہری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے تقریبا نوے کلمات ( جملے ) ہیں جو وہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے جید سندوں کے ساتھ روایت کرتے ہیں ، جن ( کے بیان کرنے ) میں اور کوئی ان کا شریک نہیں ہے

Ibn 'Umar heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: He who has to take an oath, he must not take oath but by Allah. The Quraish used to take oath by their fathers. So he (the Holy Prophet) said: Do not take oath by your fathers.
