وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَلَاءَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ النَّذْرِ، وَقَالَ: «إِنَّهُ لَا يَرُدُّ مِنَ الْقَدَرِ، وَإِنَّمَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ»
شعبہ نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : میں نے علاء سے سنا ، وہ اپنے والد سے اور وہ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کر رہے تھے ، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے منت ماننے سے منع کیا اور فرمایا : " یہ تقدیر کے کسی فیصلے کو نہیں ٹال سکتی ، اس کے ذریعے سے تو بخیل سے ( مال ) نکلوایا جاتا ہے
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbidding taking of vows, and said: It does not avert Fate, but is the means by which something is extracted from the miser.
