حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَمْرٍو، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ، إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ»
سفیان بن عیینہ نے ہمیں زہری سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے سعید بن مسیب سے انھوں نے ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، وہ اے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک پہنچا تے تھے آپ نے فر ما یا : " میری اس مسجد میں ایک نماز دوسری مسجدوں میں ایک ہزار نمازوں سے افضل ہے سوائے مسجد حرام کے ۔
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) narrated It directly from Allah's Apostle' ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) having said this: A prayer in my mosque is a thousand times more excellent than a prayer in any other mosque, except Masjid al-Haram (Mosque of the Ka'ba).

Hadith 2792
Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.
