حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، قَالَ: وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، بِمِنًى، لِلنَّاسِ يَسْأَلُونَهُ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لَمْ أَشْعُرْ، فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ، فَقَالَ: «اذْبَحْ وَلَا حَرَجَ» ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لَمْ أَشْعُرْ فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ، فَقَالَ: «ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ» قَالَ: فَمَا سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قُدِّمَ وَلَا أُخِّرَ، إِلَّا قَالَ: «افْعَلْ وَلَا حَرَجَ»
امام مالک نے ابن شہاب سے انھوں نے عیسیٰ بن طلحہ بن عبید اللہ سے انھوں نے عبد اللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی انھوں نے کہا حجتہ الوداع کے موقع پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم منیٰ میں لوگوں کے لیے ٹھہرے رہے وہ آپ سے مسائل پوچھ رہے تھے ایک آدمی آیا اور کہنے لگا : اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !میں سمجھ نہ سکا ( کہ پہلے کیا ہے ) اور میں نے قر با نی کرنے سے پہلے سر منڈوالیا ہے ؟ آپ نے فر ما یا ؛ ( اب ) قر با نی کر لو کو ئی حرج نہیں ۔ پھر ایک اور آدمی آیا اور کہنے لگا اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! مجھے پتہ نہ چلا اور میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے قر با نی کر لی ؟ آپ نے فر ما یا : " ( اب ) رمی کر لو کو ئی حرج نہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کسی چیز کے متعلق جس میں تقدیم یا تا خیر کی گئی نہیں پو چھا گیا مگر آپ نے ( یہی ) فر ما یا : " ( اب ) کر لو کو ئی حرج نہیں ۔
Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As said that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) stopped during the Farewell Pilgrimage at Mina for people who had something to ask. A man came and said: Messenger of Allah, being ignorant. I shaved before sacrificing, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Now sacrifice (the animal) and there is no harm (for you). Then another man came and he said: Messenger of Allah, being ignorant, I sacrificed before throwing the pebbles, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: (Now) throw the pebbles, and there is no harm (for you). Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was not asked about anything which had been done before or after (its proper time) but he said: Do it, and no harm is there (for you).

Hadith 2792
Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.
