وحَدَّثَنِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمَعْنِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادٌ يَعْنِي الْبَكَّائِيَّ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، وَالْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَا: سَمِعْنَا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، يَقُولُ: بِجَمْعٍ سَمِعْتُ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَتْ عَلَيْهِ سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ هَاهُنَا، يَقُولُ: «لَبَّيْكَ، اللهُمَّ، لَبَّيْكَ» ثُمَّ لَبَّى وَلَبَّيْنَا مَعَهُ
زیادبگا ئی نے حصین سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے کثیر بن مدرک اشجعی سے انھوں نے عبد الرحمٰن بن یزید اور اسود بن یزید سے روایت کی ، دونوں نے کہا : ہم نے حضرت عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے سنا وہ مزدلفہ میں فر ما رہے تھے ۔ میں نے اس ہستی سے سنا ، جن پر سورہ بقرہ نازل کی گئی ۔ آپ اسی جگہ لبيك اللهم لبيك کہہ رہے تھے ۔ ( یہ کہہ کر ) انھوں ( عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ) نے تلبیہ پکا را اور ہم نے بھی ان کے ساتھ تلبیہ پکارا ۔
Abdullah b. 'Umar reported on the authority of his father (Allah be pleased with them). He said: As we proceeded in the morning along with AUbs Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) from Mina to 'Arafat, some of us prounced Talbiya, and some pronounced Takbir (Allah-o-Akbar).

Hadith 2792
Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) say as he was delivering an address: So far as the trousers are concerned, one who does not find lower garment, he may wear them; as also socks, he may wear them who does not find shoes.
