وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ: «لَمْ يَطُفِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا أَصْحَابُهُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ إِلَّا طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا» زَادَ فِي حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ: طَوَافَهُ الْأَوَّلَ
یحییٰ بن سعید اور عبد بن حمید نے محمد بن بکر کے واسطے سے ابن جریج سے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : مجھے ابو زبیر نے خبر دی کہانھوں نے جا بر بن عبد اللہ سے سنا ، وہ فر ما رہے تھے َنبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ کے صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ عنھم اجمعین نے صفا مروہ کے در میان طواف ( سعی ) ایک ہی مرتبہ کیا تھا ۔ ( عبد بن حمید نے ) محمد بن بکر کی حدیث میں یہ اضا فہ کیا : ( صفا مروہ کے درمیان ) اپنا پہلا طواف ( یعنی سعی جو وہ پہلی مرتبہ کر چکے تھے ۔ )
Jabir b. Abdullah is reported to have said: Neither Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) nor his Companions (circumambulated the Ka'ba and) ran between al-Safa and al-Marwa but once (sufficing both for Hajj and 'Umra). But in the hadith transmitted by Muhammad b. Bakr there is an addition: That is first circumambulation.

Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.
