وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، ح وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُحْرِمًا، فَوَقَصَتْهُ نَاقَتُهُ فَمَاتَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ، وَلَا تَمَسُّوهُ بِطِيبٍ، وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا»

  ہمیں ابو بشر نے حدیث سنائی کہا : ہمیں سعید بن جبیر نے حدیث بیان کی انھوں نے حضر ت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ ایک شخص احرا م کی حا لت میں نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھا اونٹنی نے گرا کر اس کی گردن تو ڑدی اور وہ فوت ہو گیا ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : " اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دو اسے اس کے دو کپڑوں ( احرا م کی دو چادروں ) میں کفن دو نہ اسے خوشبو لگا ؤ نہ اس کا سر ڈھانپو بلا شبہ یہ قیامت کے دن اس حالت میں اٹھا یا جا ئے گا کہ اس کے بال چپکے ہو ئے ہوں گے ۔ ( جس طرح موت کے وقت احرام کی حا لت میں تھے )

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported that when a person who was in the state of Ihram was in the company of the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), his camel broke his neckand he died. Upon this the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: Bathe him with water (mixed with the leaves) of the lute tree and shroud him in his two (pieces of) cloth and, neither perfume him nor cover his head, for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.

Hadith 2792

Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Hadith 2793

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.

Hadith 2794

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) say as he was delivering an address: So far as the trousers are concerned, one who does not find lower garment, he may wear them; as also socks, he may wear them who does not find shoes. It concerns the Muhrim.

Hadith 2795

Amr b. Dinar narrated with the same chain of transmitters that he heard the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) delivering sermon at 'Arafat, and he made a mention of this hadith (as quoted above).

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of 'Amr b. Dinar with the same chain of transmitters, but none of them (the narrators) made a mention that he (the Holy Prophet) was delivering address at 'Arafat except Shu'ba.
