وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ، وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ، - قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى: أَخْبَرَنَا، وقَالَ الْآخَرُونَ: - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: خَمْسٌ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِنَّ: الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحُدَيَّا - وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى

  یحییٰ بن یحییٰ ، یحییٰ بن ایو ب قتیبہ اور ابن حجر نے اسما عیل بن جعفر سے حدیث بیان کی کہا : عبد اللہ بن دینا ر سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے سنا وہ کہہ رہے تھے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : "" پانچ ( موذی جا نور ) ہیں جو انھیں احرا م کی حالت میں مار دے اس پر کو ئی گناہ نہیں ۔ چو ہا ، بچھو ، کوا چیل اور کا ٹنے والا کتا ۔ الفاظ یحییٰ بن یحییٰ کے ہیں

Abdullah b. Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messen- ger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: Five (are the animals) which, it one kills them In the state of Ihram, entail no sin for one (who does it): scorpion, rat, voracious dog, crow and kite.

Hadith 2792

Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Hadith 2793

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.

Hadith 2794

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) say as he was delivering an address: So far as the trousers are concerned, one who does not find lower garment, he may wear them; as also socks, he may wear them who does not find shoes. It concerns the Muhrim.
