حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ - قَالَ يَحْيَى: أَخْبَرَنَا، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُونَ: - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَنْ يُهِلُّوا مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَأَهْلَ الشَّامِ مِنَ الْجُحْفَةِ، وَأَهْلَ نَجْدٍ، مِنْ قَرْنٍ. وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا: وَأُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «وَيُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ يَلَمْلَمَ»
عبد اللہ بن دینا ر سے روایت ہے انھوں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے سنا انھوں نے کہا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدینہ والوں کو حکم دیا کہ وہ ذولحلیفہ سے شام والوں کو حکم دیا کہ وہ جحفہ سے اور نجد والوں کو حکم دیا کہ وہ قرن ( منا زل ) سے ( احرام باندھ کر ) تلبیہ کا آغا ز کریں ۔ عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا مجھے خبردی گئی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : "" یمن والے یلملم سے احرا م باند ھیں ۔
Salim b. 'Abdullah b. 'Umar b. al-Khattab (Allah be pleased with them) reported his father as saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying that the people of Medina should enter upon the state of Ihram at Dhu'l- Hulaifa, the people of Syria at Mahya'a and that is Juhfa, and the people of Najd at Qarn (al-Manazil). 'Abdullah b. 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) said: (I did not hear it myself from him) but heard from them saying that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) had (also) said: The people of Yemen should enter upon the state of Ihram at Yalamlam.

Hadith 2792
Salim reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was asked what a Muhrim should wear, whereupon he said: A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, or a turban, or a cap, or trousers, or a cloth touched with wars or with saffron, nor (should he wear) stockings, but in case he does not find shoes, but (before wearing stockings) be should trim them (in such a way) that these should become lower than the ankles.

Ibn 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the Muhrim to put on a cloth dyed in saffron or wars and he further said: One who does not find shoes (to wear) he may wear stockings, but (only) after trimming them below the ankles.
