حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: أَهْدَتْ بَرِيرَةُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَحْمًا تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَال: «هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ»
حضرت انس بن ما لک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے انھوں نے کہا ( حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کی آزاد کردہ کنیز ) حضرت بریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے کچھ گو شت جو اس پر صدقہ کیا گیا تھا نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بطور ہدیہ پیش کیا تو آپ نے فر ما یا : " وہ اس کے لیے صدقہ اور ہمارے لیے ہد یہ ہے ۔
Anas b. Malik reported that Barira presented to the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) a piece of meat which had been given to her as sadaqa. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said: That is a Sadaqa for her and a gift for us.
