و حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ عَمْرٌو عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ زُهَيْرٌ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي عَبْدِهِ وَلَا فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ
عمرو الناقد اور زہیر بن حرب نے کہا : ہمیں سفیان بن عیینہ نے حدیث سنائی انھوں نے کہا : ہمیں ایوب بن موسیٰ نے مکحول سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے سلیمان بن یسار سے انھوں نے عراک بن مالک سے اور انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرۃ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ۔ ۔ ۔ عمرو نے کہا : ( ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ) نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی اور زہیر نے کہا : انھوں نے اسے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک پہنچا یا یعنی آپ سے بیان کیا ۔ ۔ ۔ " مسلمان پر اس کے غلام اور گھوڑے میں صدقہ نہیں ۔ "
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: No Sadaqa is due from a Muslim on his slave or horse.
