) حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ح قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ: «كَيْفَ أَنْتَ إِذَا كَانَتْ عَلَيْكَ أُمَرَاءُ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا؟ - أَوْ - يُمِيتُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا؟» قَالَ: قُلْتُ: فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي؟ قَالَ: «صَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، فَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتَهَا مَعَهُمْ، فَصَلِّ، فَإِنَّهَا لَكَ نَافِلَةٌ» وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ خَلَفٌ: عَنْ وَقْتِهَ
خلف بن ہشام ، ابوربیع زہرانی اور ابو کامل جحدری نے حدیث بیان کی کی ، کہا ہمیں حماد بن زید نے حدیث سنائی ، انھوں نے ابو عمران جونی سے ، انھوں نے عبداللہ بن صامت سے اور انھوں نے حضرت ابو ذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مجھے فرمایا : ’’تمھارا کیا حال ہوگا جب تم پر ایسے لوگ حکمران ہوں گے جو نماز کو اس کے وقت سے مؤخر کریں گے یا نماز کو اس کے وقت سے ختم کردیں گے ؟ ‘ ‘ میں نے عرض کیگ تو آپ مجھے ( اس کے بارے میں ) کیا حکم دیتے ہیں ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : ’’تم اپنے وقت پر نماز پڑھ لینا اگر تمھیں ان کے ساتھ ( بھی ) نماز مل جائے تو پڑھ لینا ، وہ تمھارے لیے نفل ہو جائے گی ۔ ‘ ‘ خلف نےعن وقتھا ( اس کے وقت سے ) کے الفاظ بیان نہیں کیے ۔
Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said to me: How would you act when you are under the rulers who would delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time, or they would make prayer a dead thing as far as its proper time is concerned? I said: What do you command? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Observe the prayer at Its proper time, and if you can say it along with them do so, for it would be a superetogatory prayer for you. Khalaf (one of the narrators in the above hadith) has not mentioned beyond their (prescribed) time .

Hadith 1162
Ibrahim b. Yazid al-Tayml reported: I used to read the Qur'an with my father in the vestibule (before the door of the mosque). When I recited the ayat (verses) concerning prostration, he prostrated himself. I said to him: Father, do you prostrate yourself in the path? He said: I heard Abu Dharr saying: I asked the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) about the mosque that was first set up on the earth. He said: Masjid Harim. I said: Then which next? He said: The Masjid al-Aqsa. I said: How long is the space of time between the two? He said: Forty years. He (then) further said: The earth is a mosque for you, so wherever you are at the time of prayer, pray there.

Jabir b. 'Abdullah al-Ansari reported: The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: I have been conferred upon five (things) which were not granted to anyone before me (and these are): Every apostle wassent particularly to his own people, whereas I have been sent to all the red and the black the spoils of war have been made lawful for me, and these were never made lawful to anyone before me, and the earth has been made sacred and pure and mosque for me, so whenever the time of prayer comes for any one of you he should pray whenever he is, and I have been supported by awe (by which the enemy is overwhelmed) from the distance (which one takes) one month to cover and I have been granted intercession.
