قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سُحَيْمٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ كَشَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ السِّتْرَ وَرَأْسُهُ مَعْصُوبٌ فِي مَرَضِهِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ، فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنْ مُبَشِّرَاتِ النُّبُوَّةِ إِلَّا الرُّؤْيَا يَرَاهَا الْعَبْدُ الصَّالِحُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ» ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانُ
۔ اسماعیل بن جعفر نے سلیمان سے باقی ماندہ سابقہ سند سے حضرت عبد اللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے پردہ اٹھایا ، اس مرض کے عالم میں جس میں آپ کا انتقال ہوا ، آپ کا سر پٹی سے بندھا ہوا تھا ، آپ نے فرمایا : ’’اے اللہ! کیا میں نے پیغام پہنچا دیا؟ ‘ ‘ تین بار ( یہ الفاظ کہے ، پھر فرمایا : ) ’’نبوت کی بشارتوں میں سے اب صرف سچے خواب باقی رہ گئے ہیں جو کوئی نیک انسان خود دیکھے گا یا اس کے لیے ( دوسرے کو ) دکھائے جائیں گے ... ‘ ‘ اس کے بعد اسماعیل نے سفیان کی حدیث کی طرح بیان کیا ۔
Abdullah b. 'Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) drew aside the curtain and his head was bandaged on account of illness in which he died. He said: O Allah, have I not delivered (Thy Message)? (He repeated it) three times. Nothing has been left out of the glad tidings of apostlebood, but good vision. which a pious servant (of Allah) sees or someone else is made to see for him. He then narrated like the hadith transmitted by Sufyan.

Abu Mahdhura said that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) taught him Adhan like this: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad Is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and it should be again repeated: I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad Is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to the prayer (twice). Come to success (twice). Ishaq added: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; there Is no god but Allah.
