حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ ، فَقُمْتُ وَيَتِيمٌ خَلْفَهُ ، وَأُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ خَلْفَنَا .
ہم سے ابونعیم فضل بن دکین نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے اسحاق بن عبداللہ بن ابی طلحہ نے، ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( میری ماں ) ام سلیم کے گھر میں نماز پڑھائی۔ میں اور یتیم مل کر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پیچھے کھڑے ہوئے اور ام سلیم رضی اللہ عنہا ہمارے پیچھے تھیں۔
Narrated Anas:The Prophet prayed in the house of Um Sulaim; and I, along with an orphan stood behind him while Um Sulaim (stood) behind us.

Narrated Salim bin `Abdullah: My father said, Allah's Apostle used to raise both his hands up to the level of his shoulders when opening the prayer; and on saying the Takbir for bowing. And on raising his head from bowing he used to do the same and then say Sami`a l-lahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa laka l-hamd. And he did not do that (i.e. raising his hands) in prostrations.

Ibn `Umar said: The Prophet used to do the same.
