حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلٍ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ بَيْنَ جِدَارِ الْمَسْجِدِ مِمَّا يَلِي الْقِبْلَةَ وَبَيْنَ الْمِنْبَرِ مَمَرُّ الشَّاةِ .
ہم سے ابن ابی مریم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابوغسان نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے ابوحازم نے بیان کیا، ان سے سہل رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ مسجد نبوی کی قبلہ کی طرف دیوار اور منبر کے درمیان بکریوں کے گزرنے جتنا فاصلہ تھا۔
Narrated Sahl: The distance between the pulpit and the wall of the mosque on the side of the Qibla was just sufficient for a sheep to pass through.

Narrated Tariq bin Shihab: A Jew said to `Umar, O Chief of the Believers, if this verse: 'This day I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favors upon you, and have chosen for you, Islam as your religion.'
