حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَحْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : لَدَدْنَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَرَضِهِ ، فَقَالَ : لَا تُلِدُّونِي ، فَقُلْنَا : كَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَرِيضِ لِلدَّوَاءِ ، فَلَمَّا أَفَاقَ ، قَالَ : لَا يَبْقَى أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا لُدَّ غَيْرَ الْعَبَّاسِ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَشْهَدْكُمْ .
ہم سے عمر بن علی فلاس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے موسیٰ بن ابی عائشہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے منہ میں ( مرض الوفات کے موقع پر ) آپ کی مرضی کے خلاف ہم نے دوا ڈالی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میرے حلق میں دوا نہ ڈالو لیکن ہم نے سمجھا کہ مریض ہونے کی وجہ سے دوا پینے سے نفرت کر رہے ہیں لیکن جب آپ کو ہوش ہوا تو فرمایا کہ تم جتنے لوگ گھر میں ہو سب کے حلق میں زبردستی دوا ڈالی جائے سوا عباس رضی اللہ عنہ کے کہ وہ اس وقت موجود نہیں تھے۔
Narrated `Aisha: We poured medicine into the mouth of the Prophet during his ailment. He said, Don't pour medicine into my mouth. (We thought he said that) out of the aversion a patient usually has for medicines. When he improved and felt better he said, There is none of you but will be forced to drink medicine, except Al-`Abbas, for he did not witness your deed.

Narrated `Abdullah: A man said, O Allah's Apostle! Which sin is the greatest in Allah's Sight? The Prophet said, To set up a rival unto Allah though He Alone created you . The man said, What is next? The Prophet said, To kill your son lest he should share your food with you. The man said, What is next? The Prophet said, To commit illegal sexual intercourse with the wife of your neighbor. So Allah revealed in confirmation of this narration:-- 'And those who invoke not with Allah, any other god. Nor kill, such life as Allah has forbidden except for just cause nor commit illegal sexual intercourse. And whoever does this shall receive the punishment.' (25.68)

Narrated Al-Miqdad bin `Amr Al-Kindi: An ally of Bani Zuhra who took part in the battle of Badr with the Prophet, that he said, O Allah's Apostle! If I meet an unbeliever and we have a fight, and he strikes my hand with the sword and cuts it off, and then takes refuge from me under a tree, and says, 'I have surrendered to Allah (i.e. embraced Islam),' may I kill him after he has said so? Allah's Apostle said, Do not kill him. Al- Miqdad said, But O Allah's Apostle! He had chopped off one of my hands and he said that after he had cut it off. May I kill him? The Prophet said. Do not kill him for if you kill him, he would be in the position in which you had been before you kill him, and you would be in the position in which he was before he said the sentence.
