حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : أَتَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أُبَيٍّ بَعْدَ مَا أُدْخِلَ قَبْرَهُ ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ ، فَأُخْرِجَ وَوُضِعَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ وَنَفَثَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ رِيقِهِ ، وَأَلْبَسَهُ قَمِيصَهُ ، فَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .
ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد مسندی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو ابن عیینہ نے خبر دی، انہیں عمرو نے اور انہوں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عبداللہ بن ابی ( منافق ) کے پاس جب اسے قبر میں داخل کیا جا چکا تھا تشریف لائے پھر آپ کے حکم سے اس کی لاش نکالی گئی اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے گھٹنوں پر اسے رکھا گیا نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر دم کرتے ہوئے اپنی قمیص پہنائی اور اللہ ہی خوب جاننے والا ہے۔
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: The Prophet came to visit `Abdullah bin Ubai (bin Salul) after he had been put in his grave. The Prophet ordered that `Abdullah be taken out. He was taken out and was placed on the knees of the Prophet, who blew his (blessed) breath on him and dressed the body with his own shirt. And Allah knows better.
