حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ رَمَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِحَجَرٍ فَطَرَحَتْ جَنِينَهَا ، فَقَضَى فِيهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِغُرَّةٍ عَبْدٍ أَوْ وَلِيدَةٍ .
ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، ان سے امام مالک نے، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے ابوسلمہ نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ دو عورتیں تھیں، ایک نے دوسری کو پتھر دے مارا جس سے اس کے پیٹ کا حمل گر گیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس معاملہ میں ایک غلام یا باندی کا دیت میں دیئے جانے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
Narrated Abu Huraira: Two ladies (had a fight) and one of them hit the other with a stone on the `Abdomen and caused her to abort. The Prophet judged that the victim be given either a slave or a female slave (as blood-money).
