حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ ، حَدَّثَتْنِي حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَتْ ، قَالَ لِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : يَحْيَى بِمَ مَاتَ ، قُلْتُ : مِنَ الطَّاعُونِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : الطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ .
ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالواحد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عاصم نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے حفصہ بنت سیرین نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا کہ یحییٰ بن سیرین کا کس بیماری میں انتقال ہوا تھا۔ میں نے کہا کہ طاعون میں، بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ طاعون ہر مسلمان کے لیے شہادت ہے۔
Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, (Death from) plague is martyrdom for every Muslim.
