حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ سَعْدًا ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ بِالطَّاعُونِ بِأَرْضٍ فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا ، وَإِذَا وَقَعَ بِأَرْضٍ وَأَنْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا ، فَقُلْتُ : أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَهُ يُحَدِّثُ سَعْدًا وَلَا يُنْكِرُهُ ؟ ، قَالَ : نَعَمْ .
ہم سے حفص بن عمر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے کہا کہ مجھے حبیب بن ابی ثابت نے خبر دی، کہا کہ میں نے ابراہیم بن سعد سے سنا، کہا کہ میں نے اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا، وہ سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے بیان کرتے تھے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جب تم سن لو کہ کسی جگہ طاعون کی وبا پھیل رہی ہے تو وہاں مت جاؤ لیکن جب کسی جگہ یہ وبا پھوٹ پڑے اور تم وہیں موجود ہو تو اس جگہ سے نکلو بھی مت۔ ( حبیب بن ابی ثابت نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے ابراہیم بن سعد سے ) کہا تم نے خود یہ حدیث اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنی ہے کہ انہوں نے سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے بیان کیا اور انہوں نے اس کا انکار نہیں کیا؟ فرمایا کہ ہاں۔
Narrated Saud: The Prophet said, If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it; but if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place.
