حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أن أبا هريرة أخبرهما أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : فِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ ، إِلَّا السَّامَ ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، وَالسَّامُ : الْمَوْتُ ، وَالْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ : الشُّونِيزُ .
ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، ان سے عقیل نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھے ابوسلمہ اور سعید بن مسیب نے خبر دی اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے خبر دی، انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ سیاہ دانوں میں ہر بیماری سے شفاء ہے سوا «سام» کے۔ ابن شہاب نے کہا کہ «سام» موت ہے اور سیاہ دانہ کلونجی کو کہتے ہیں۔
Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death.
