وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَنْ قَرَأَ بِالْآيَتَيْنِ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُ .
اور ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے منصور بن معتمر نے، ان سے ابراہیم نخعی نے، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن یزید نے اور ان سے ابومسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس نے سورۃ البقرہ کی دو آخری آیتیں رات میں پڑھ لیں وہ اسے ہر آفت سے بچانے کے لیے کافی ہو جائیں گی۔
Narrated Abu Mas'ud: The Prophet said, If somebody recited the last two Verses of Surat Al-Baqara at night, that will be sufficient for him.
