حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَن رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ .
ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ سے امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے ابن شہاب سے نقل کیا، انہوں نے حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن سے، انہوں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو کوئی رمضان میں ( راتوں کو ) ایمان رکھ کر اور ثواب کے لیے عبادت کرے اس کے اگلے گناہ بخش دئیے جاتے ہیں۔
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said: Whoever establishes prayers during the nights of Ramadan faithfully out of sincere faith and hoping to attain Allah's rewards (not for showing off), all his past sins will be forgiven.

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said: Islam is based on (the following) five (principles): 1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Apostle. 2.
