حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَبِي عَامِرٍ أَبُو سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : آيَةُ الْمُنَافِقِ ثَلَاثٌ ، إِذَا حَدَّثَ كَذَبَ ، وَإِذَا وَعَدَ أَخْلَفَ ، وَإِذَا اؤْتُمِنَ خَانَ .
ہم سے سلیمان ابوالربیع نے بیان کیا، ان سے اسماعیل بن جعفر نے، ان سے نافع بن ابی عامر ابوسہیل نے، وہ اپنے باپ سے، وہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں، وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، منافق کی علامتیں تین ہیں۔ جب بات کرے جھوٹ بولے، جب وعدہ کرے اس کے خلاف کرے اور جب اس کو امین بنایا جائے تو خیانت کرے۔
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, The signs of a hypocrite are three: 1. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie. 2. Whenever he promises, he always breaks it (his promise ). 3. If you trust him, he proves to be dishonest. (If you keep something as a trust with him, he will not return it.)

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said: Islam is based on (the following) five (principles): 1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Apostle. 2.
