حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَقِّنُوا مَوْتَاكُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسُعْدَى الْمُرِّيَّةِ وَهِيَ:‏‏‏‏ امْرَأَةُ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ.

ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم اپنے مرنے والے لوگوں کو جو بالکل مرنے کے قریب ہوں «لا إله إلا الله» کی تلقین ۱؎ کرو“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابو سعید خدری کی حدیث حسن غریب صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوہریرہ، ام سلمہ، عائشہ، جابر، سعدی مریہ رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- سعدی مریہ طلحہ بن عبیداللہ کی بیوی ہیں۔

Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri narrated that: The Prophet said: Instruct your dying to say: (La illaha illallah) 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah'

Thuwair [and he is Ibn Abi Fakhitah] narrated that : His father said: Ali took me by the hand and said: 'Come with us to pay a visit to Al-Hasan.' So we found that Abu Musa was with him.' Ali - peace be upon him - said: 'O Abu Musa! Did you come to visit (the sick) or merely (stop by to) visit?' He said: 'No, to visit (the sick).' So Ali said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah saying: No Muslim visits (the sick) Muslims in the morning, except that sevety-thousand angels, sent Salat upon him until the evening, and he does not visit at night except that seventy thousand angels sent Salat upon him until the morning, and there will be a garden for him in Paradise.
