حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدَةَ بِنْتِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ كَبْشَةَ بِنْتِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، وَكَانَتْ عِنْدَ ابْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا قَتَادَةَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا، قَالَتْ: فَسَكَبْتُ لَهُ وَضُوءًا، قَالَتْ: فَجَاءَتْ هِرَّةٌ تَشْرَبُ فَأَصْغَى لَهَا الْإِنَاءَ حَتَّى شَرِبَتْ، قَالَتْ كَبْشَةُ: فَرَآنِي أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: أَتَعْجَبِينَ يَا بِنْتَ أَخِي ؟ فَقُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ بِنَجَسٍ إِنَّمَا هِيَ مِنَ الطَّوَّافِينَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَوِ الطَّوَّافَاتِ ، وَقَدْ رَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، وَكَانَتْ عِنْدَ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، وَالصَّحِيحُ ابْنُ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، قال: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَكْثَرِ الْعُلَمَاءِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالتَّابِعِينَ وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ، مِثْلِ الشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق لَمْ يَرَوْا بِسُؤْرِ الْهِرَّةِ بَأْسًا، وَهَذَا أَحَسَنُ شَيْءٍ رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ، وَقَدْ جَوَّدَ مَالِكٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، وَلَمْ يَأْتِ بِهِ أَحَدٌ أَتَمَّ مِنْ مَالِكٍ.
کبشہ بنت کعب (جو ابن ابوقتادہ کے نکاح میں تھیں) کہتی ہیں کہ ابوقتادہ میرے پاس آئے تو میں نے ان کے لیے ( ایک برتن ) وضو کا پانی میں ڈالا، اتنے میں ایک بلی آ کر پینے لگی تو انہوں نے برتن کو اس کے لیے جھکا دیا تاکہ وہ ( آسانی سے ) پی لے، کبشہ کہتی ہیں: ابوقتادہ نے مجھے دیکھا کہ میں ان کی طرف تعجب سے دیکھ رہی ہوں تو انہوں نے کہا: بھتیجی! کیا تم کو تعجب ہو رہا ہے؟ میں نے کہا: جی ہاں، تو انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے: ”یہ ( بلی ) نجس نہیں، یہ تو تمہارے پاس برابر آنے جانے والوں یا آنے جانے والیوں میں سے ہے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اس باب میں عائشہ اور ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہما سے بھی احادیث مروی ہیں، ۲- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۳- صحابہ کرام اور تابعین اور ان کے بعد کے لوگوں میں سے اکثر اہل علم مثلاً شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا یہی قول ہے کہ بلی کے جھوٹے میں کوئی حرج نہیں، اور یہ سب سے اچھی حدیث ہے جو اس باب میں روایت کی گئی ہے۔
Humaidah bint Ubaid bin Rifa'ah narrated: Kabshah bint Ka'b bin Malik - she was (married) with Ibn Abi Qatadah - narrated That Abu Qatadah visited her, [so she said:] 'So I poured water for him to use for Wudu.' She said: 'A cat came to drink, so he lowered he container until it drank.' Kabshah said: 'So he saw me looking at it and said, O my niece! Are you surprised at that? So I said yes. He said: Indeed Allah's Messenger said 'It is not impure, it is only one of those roam around among you.'
