حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَاذَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ، وَيَوْمَ النَّحْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ بِطِيبٍ فِيهِ مِسْكٌ . وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، يَرَوْنَ أَنَّ الْمُحْرِمَ إِذَا رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ وَذَبَحَ وَحَلَقَ أَوْ قَصَّرَ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: حَلَّ لَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ . وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِلَى هَذَا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ.
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو آپ کے احرام باندھنے سے پہلے اور دسویں ذی الحجہ کو بیت اللہ کا طواف کرنے سے پہلے خوشبو لگائی جس میں مشک تھی ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے بھی روایت ہے، ۳- صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے کہ محرم جب دسویں ذی الحجہ کو جمرہ عقبہ کی رمی کر لے، جانور ذبح کر لے، اور سر مونڈا لے یا بال کتروا لے تو اب اس کے لیے ہر وہ چیز حلال ہو گئی جو اس پر حرام تھی سوائے عورتوں کے۔ یہی شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول ہے، ۴- عمر بن خطاب رضی الله عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ اس کے لیے ہر چیز حلال ہو گئی سوائے عورتوں اور خوشبو کے، ۵- صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے بعض اہل علم اسی حدیث کی طرف گئے ہیں، اور یہی کوفہ والوں کا بھی قول ہے۔
Aishah narrated: I put perfume with musk in it on the Messenger of Allah before he assumed Ihram, and on the Day of An-Nahr before he performed Tawaf around the House.

Hadith 809
Sa'eed bin Abi Sa'eed Al Maqbury narrated: Abu Shuraih Al-Adawi said tat when Amr bin Sa'eed was sending troops to Makkah he said to him: 'O Amr! Allow me to tell you what the Messenger of Allah said on the day following the Conquest of Makkah. My ears heard it, my heard understood it thoroughly, and with my own eyes, I saw the Prophet when he - after glorifying and praising Allah - said: Indeed Allah, the Most High, made Makkah a sanctuary, it was not made a sanctuary by the people. So it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to shed blood it, nor to cut down its trees. If anybody tries to use the Messenger of Allah to make an excuse for fighting in it, then say to him: 'Indeed Allah permitted His Messenger and He did not permit you.' Allah only allowed it for me for a few hours of one day, and today its sanctity has returned as it was before. So let the one who is present convey to the one who is absent. Abu Shuraih was asked: What was Amr bin Sa'eeds reply to you? He said: I am more knowledgeable about that than you Abu Shuraih! The Haram does not give protection to a disobedient person, nor a person fleeing for murder, nor fleeing for (Kharbah) lawlessness.
