حَدَّثَنَا سَوَّارُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَال: سَمِعْتُ أَيُّوبَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يُغْسَلُ الْإِنَاءُ إِذَا وَلَغَ فِيهِ الْكَلْبُ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ أُولَاهُنَّ أَوْ أُخْرَاهُنَّ بِالتُّرَابِ، وَإِذَا وَلَغَتْ فِيهِ الْهِرَّةُ غُسِلَ مَرَّةً . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ هَذَا، وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ فِيهِ إِذَا وَلَغَتْ فِيهِ الْهِرَّةُ غُسِلَ مَرَّةً. وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ.
ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”برتن میں جب کتا منہ ڈال دے تو اسے سات بار دھویا جائے، پہلی بار یا آخری بار اسے مٹی سے دھویا جائے ۱؎، اور جب بلی منہ ڈالے تو اسے ایک بار دھویا جائے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اور یہی شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول ہے۔ ۳- ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم سے کئی سندوں سے اسی طرح مروی ہے جن میں بلی کے منہ ڈالنے پر ایک بار دھونے کا ذکر نہیں کیا گیا ہے، ۳- اس باب میں عبداللہ بن مغفل رضی الله عنہ سے بھی روایت ہے۔
Abu Hurairah narrated that : the Prophet said: Wash the vessel the dog has drunk from seven times: the first or the last of them with dirt. And when the cat drinks out of it, wash it once.
