حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ بِلَالٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى فِي جَوْفِ الْكَعْبَةِ . قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: لَمْ يُصَلِّ وَلَكِنَّهُ كَبَّرَ، قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، وَالْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعُثْمَانَ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، وَشَيْبَةَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ بِلَالٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لَا يَرَوْنَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ بَأْسًا، وقَالَ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ: لَا بَأْسَ بِالصَّلَاةِ النَّافِلَةِ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ، وَكَرِهَ أَنْ تُصَلَّى الْمَكْتُوبَةُ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ، وقَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تُصَلَّى الْمَكْتُوبَةُ وَالتَّطَوُّعُ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ، لِأَنَّ حُكْمَ النَّافِلَةِ وَالْمَكْتُوبَةِ فِي الطَّهَارَةِ وَالْقِبْلَةِ سَوَاءٌ.
بلال رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کعبہ کے اندر نماز پڑھی۔ جب کہ ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں: آپ نے نماز نہیں پڑھی بلکہ آپ نے صرف تکبیر کہی۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- بلال رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں اسامہ بن زید، فضل بن عباس، عثمان بن طلحہ اور شیبہ بن عثمان رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ وہ کعبہ کے اندر نماز پڑھنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں سمجھتے، ۴- مالک بن انس کہتے ہیں: کعبے میں نفل نماز پڑھنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں، اور انہوں نے کعبہ کے اندر فرض نماز پڑھنے کو مکروہ کہا ہے، ۵- شافعی کہتے ہیں: کعبہ کے اندر فرض اور نفل کوئی بھی نماز پڑھنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں اس لیے کہ نفل اور فرض کا حکم وضو اور قبلے کے بارے میں ایک ہی ہے۔
Ibn Umar narrated from Bilal: The Prophet performed Salat in the interior of the Ka'bah. And Ibn Abbas said: He did not perform Salat in it, but he said the Takbir.

Hadith 809
Sa'eed bin Abi Sa'eed Al Maqbury narrated: Abu Shuraih Al-Adawi said tat when Amr bin Sa'eed was sending troops to Makkah he said to him: 'O Amr! Allow me to tell you what the Messenger of Allah said on the day following the Conquest of Makkah. My ears heard it, my heard understood it thoroughly, and with my own eyes, I saw the Prophet when he - after glorifying and praising Allah - said: Indeed Allah, the Most High, made Makkah a sanctuary, it was not made a sanctuary by the people. So it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to shed blood it, nor to cut down its trees. If anybody tries to use the Messenger of Allah to make an excuse for fighting in it, then say to him: 'Indeed Allah permitted His Messenger and He did not permit you.' Allah only allowed it for me for a few hours of one day, and today its sanctity has returned as it was before. So let the one who is present convey to the one who is absent. Abu Shuraih was asked: What was Amr bin Sa'eeds reply to you? He said: I am more knowledgeable about that than you Abu Shuraih! The Haram does not give protection to a disobedient person, nor a person fleeing for murder, nor fleeing for (Kharbah) lawlessness.
