حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الْوُضُوءُ مِمَّا مَسَّتِ النَّارُ وَلَوْ مِنْ ثَوْرِ أَقِطٍ ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنَ الدُّهْنِ أَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنَ الْحَمِيمِ ؟ قَالَ: فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: يَا ابْنَ أَخِي إِذَا سَمِعْتَ حَدِيثًا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَا تَضْرِبْ لَهُ مَثَلًا. قال: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، وأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، وَأَبِي طَلْحَةَ، وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ، وَأَبِي مُوسَى. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: وَقَدْ رَأَى بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الْوُضُوءَ مِمَّا غَيَّرَتِ النَّارُ، وَأَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالتَّابِعِينَ، وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ عَلَى تَرْكِ الْوُضُوءِ مِمَّا غَيَّرَتِ النَّارُ.
ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”آگ پر پکی ہوئی چیز سے وضو ہے اگرچہ وہ پنیر کا کوئی ٹکڑا ہی کیوں نہ ہو“، اس پر ابن عباس نے ان سے کہا: ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ ( بتائیے ) کیا ہم گھی اور گرم پانی ( کے استعمال ) سے بھی وضو کریں؟ تو ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ نے کہا: بھتیجے! تم جب رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم کی کوئی حدیث سنو تو اس پر ( عمل کرو ) باتیں نہ بناؤ۔ ( اور مثالیں بیان کر کے قیاس نہ کرو ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اس باب میں ام حبیبہ، ام سلمہ، زید بن ثابت، ابوطلحہ، ابوایوب انصاری اور ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۲- بعض اہل علم کی رائے ہے کہ آگ سے پکی ہوئی چیز سے وضو ہے، لیکن صحابہ، تابعین اور ان کے بعد کے لوگوں میں سے اکثر اہل علم کا مذہب ہے کہ اس سے وضو نہیں، ( دلیل اگلی حدیث ہے ) ۔
Abu Hurairah narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: Wudu is (required) from what fire has touched, even if it be a piece of cheese.
