حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ صَامَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَذَلِكَ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ . فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ تَصْدِيقَ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِهِ: مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا سورة الأنعام آية 160 الْيَوْمُ بِعَشْرَةِ أَيَّامٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَقَدْ رَوَى شُعْبَةُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، عَنْ أَبِي شِمْرٍ، وَأَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
ابوذر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس نے ہر ماہ تین دن کے روزے رکھے تو یہی صیام الدھر ہے“، اس کی تصدیق اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنی کتاب میں نازل فرمائی ارشاد باری ہے: «من جاء بالحسنة فله عشر أمثالها» ( الأنعام: ۱۶۰ ) ”جس نے ایک نیکی کی تو اسے ( کم سے کم ) اس کا دس گنا اجر ملے گا“ گویا ایک دن ( کم سے کم ) دس دن کے برابر ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- شعبہ نے یہ حدیث بطریق: «أبي شمر وأبي التياح عن أبي عثمان عن أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» روایت کی ہے۔
Abu Dharr narrated: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever fasts three days in every month, then that is (similar to) fasting every day.' Then Allah Mighty and Sublime is He, attested to that in His Book, by revealing: Whoever brings a good deed, shall have ten times the like thereof. So a day is like ten.

Abu Hurairah narrated that : the Messenger of Allah said: On the first night of the month of Ramadan, the Shayatin are shackled, the jinns are restrained, the gates of the Fires are shut such that no gate among them would be opened.
