حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا بَدَوِيًّا أَعْرَابِيًّا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَرْوِيهِ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ قَرَأَ وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَرَأَ:‏‏‏‏ أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ سورة التين آية 8، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلْيَقُلْ:‏‏‏‏ بَلَى وَأَنَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ إِنَّمَا يُرْوَى بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ هَذَا الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَلَا يُسَمَّى.

اسماعیل بن امیہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے ایک بدوی اعرابی کو کہتے ہوئے سنا، میں نے ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کو اسے روایت کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے، وہ کہتے تھے جو شخص ( سورۃ ) «والتين والزيتون» پڑھے اور پڑھتے ہوئے «أليس الله بأحكم الحاكمين» تک پہنچے تو کہے: «بلى وأنا على ذلك من الشاهدين» ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث اسی سند کے ساتھ اسی اعرابی سے ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کے واسطے سے مروی ہے اور اس اعرابی کا نام نہیں لیا گیا ہے۔

Ismail bin Umayyah said: “I heard a Bedouin man saying: ‘I heard Abu Hurairah saying: “Whoever recited Surat ‘By At-Tim and Az-Zamzam’ Then he recited: ‘Is not Allah the best of judges?’ then let him say: ‘Of course, and I am a witness to that.’”
