حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ ، قَالَ: هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق لِأَنَّهُ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ، هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَفَعَهُ إِلَّا مَا رُوِيَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، وَقَدْ رَوَى شُعْبَةُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا.
علی رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ حج اکبر کا دن یوم النحر ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ روایت محمد بن اسحاق کی روایت سے زیادہ صحیح ہے کیونکہ یہ حدیث کئی سندوں سے ابواسحاق سے مروی ہے، اور ابواسحاق حارث کے واسطہ سے علی رضی الله عنہ سے موقوفاً روایت کرتے ہیں۔ اور ہم کسی کو محمد بن اسحاق کے سوا نہیں جانتے کہ انہوں نے اسے مرفوع کیا ہو، ۲- شعبہ نے اس حدیث کو ابواسحاق سے، ابواسحاق نے عبداللہ بن مرہ سے، اور عبداللہ نے حارث کے واسطہ سے علی رضی الله عنہ سے موقوفا ہی روایت کی ہے۔
Narrated 'Ali: The day of Al-Hajj Al-Akbar is the day of An-Nahr.
