حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عُثْمَانَ، وَعَائِشَةَ، وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، وَأَنَسٍ، وَابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ. قال أبو عيسى: وسَمِعْت إِسْحَاق بْنَ مَنْصُورٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ: لَمْ يَسْمَعْ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ مِنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ حَدِيثَ التَّخْلِيلِ، وقَالَ محمد بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل: أَصَحُّ شَيْءٍ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ حَدِيثُ عَامِرِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ. قال أبو عيسى: وقَالَ بِهَذَا أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ رَأَوْا تَخْلِيلَ اللِّحْيَةِ، وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الشَّافِعِيُّ، وقَالَ أَحْمَدُ: إِنْ سَهَا عَنْ تَخْلِيلِ اللِّحْيَةِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ، وقَالَ إِسْحَاق: إِنْ تَرَكَهُ نَاسِيًا أَوْ مُتَأَوِّلًا أَجْزَأَهُ، وَإِنْ تَرَكَهُ عَامِدًا أَعَادَ.
اس سند سے بھی عمار بن یاسر سے اوپر ہی کی حدیث کے مثل مرفوعاً مروی ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- اس باب میں عثمان، عائشہ، ام سلمہ، انس، ابن ابی اوفی اور ابوایوب رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۲- محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری کہتے ہیں کہ اس باب میں سب سے زیادہ صحیح حدیث عامر بن شقیق کی ہے، جسے انہوں نے ابووائل سے اور ابووائل نے عثمان رضی الله عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے ( جو آگے آ رہی ہے ) ، ۳- صحابہ اور تابعین میں سے اکثر اہل علم اسی کے قائل ہیں، ان لوگوں کی رائے ہے کہ داڑھی کا خلال ( مسنون ) ہے اور اسی کے قائل شافعی بھی ہیں، احمد کہتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی داڑھی کا خلال کرنا بھول جائے تو وضو جائز ہو گا، اسحاق بن راہویہ کہتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی بھول کر چھوڑ دے یا خلال والی حدیث کی تاویل کر رہا ہو تو اسے کافی ہو جائے گا اور اگر قصداً جان بوجھ کر چھوڑے تو وہ اسے ( وضو کو ) لوٹائے۔

Ibn `Umar narrated that: the Prophet said: Salat will not be accepted without purification, nor Charity from Ghulul. Hannad said in his narration, except with purification [Abu `Eisa said: This Hadith is the most correct thing on this topic, and the best.
