حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَدُّوَيْهِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الشُّعَيْثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ: السَّعُوطُ، وَاللَّدُودُ، وَالْحِجَامَةُ، وَالْمَشِيُّ ، فَلَمَّا اشْتَكَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَدَّهُ أَصْحَابُهُ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغُوا، قَالَ: لُدُّوهُمْ، قَالَ: فَلُدُّوا كُلُّهُمْ غَيْرَ الْعَبَّاسِ .
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس چیز سے علاج کرتے ہو اس میں سب سے بہتر «سعوط» ( ناک میں ڈالنے والی دوا ) ، «لدود» ( منہ کے ایک کنارہ سے ڈالی جانے والی دوا ) ، «حجامة» ( پچھنا لگانا حجامہ ) اور دست آور دوا ہے، جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیمار ہوئے تو صحابہ نے آپ کے منہ کے ایک کنارہ میں دوا ڈالی، جب وہ دوا ڈال چکے تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”موجود لوگوں کے بھی منہ میں دوا ڈالو“، ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں: عباس رضی الله عنہ کے علاوہ تمام لوگوں کے منہ میں دوا ڈالی گئی۔
Ibn 'Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: Indeed the best of what you treat is As-Sa'ut, Al-Ladud, cupping and laxatives.' So when the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) was suffering his companions treated him with Al-Ladud, and when they were finished he said: 'Treat them with Al-Ladud.' So all of them except Al-Abbas were treated with Al-Ladud. (Daif)
