حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا يَأْكُلُ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ لَحْمِ أُضْحِيَّتِهِ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ، قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَأَنَسٍ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ النَّهْيُ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَقَدِّمًا، ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی تین دن سے زیادہ قربانی کا گوشت نہ کھائے“ ۱؎۔ اس باب میں عائشہ اور انس رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عمر رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف سے یہ ممانعت پہلے تھی، اس کے بعد آپ نے اجازت دے دی۔
Narrated Ibn 'Umar: That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: None of you should eat from the meat of his sacrificial animal beyond three days.
