حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْمَكِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَمَسَّ الرَّجُلُ ذَكَرَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ . وَفِي هَذَا الْبَاب: عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَسَلْمَانَ، وَأبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَسَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ. قال أبو عيسى: هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَأَبُو قَتَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ اسْمُهُ: الْحَارِثُ بْنُ رِبْعِيٍّ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ عَامَّةِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ: كَرِهُوا الِاسْتِنْجَاءَ بِالْيَمِينِ.
ابوقتادہ حارث بن ربعی انصاری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ آدمی اپنے داہنے ہاتھ سے اپنا ذکر ( عضو تناسل ) چھوئے ۱؎۔ اس باب میں عائشہ، سلمان، ابوہریرہ اور سھل بن حنیف رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، ان لوگوں نے داہنے ہاتھ سے استنجاء کرنے کو مکروہ جانا ہے۔
Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah narrated from his father: The Prophet prohibited that a man should touch his penis with his right hand.
