حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا، أَوْ يَزْرَعُ زَرْعًا، فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ، أَوْ طَيْرٌ، أَوْ بَهِيمَةٌ، إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ . قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، وَجَابِرٍ، وَأُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
انس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو بھی مسلمان کوئی درخت لگاتا ہے یا فصل بوتا ہے اور اس میں سے انسان یا پرند یا چرند کھاتا ہے تو وہ اس کے لیے صدقہ ہوتا ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- انس رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوایوب، جابر، ام مبشر اور زید بن خالد رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔
Narrated Anas: that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: No Muslim plants a plant or sows a crop, then a person, or a bird, or an animal eats from it, except that it will be charity for him.

Hadith 1205
An-Numan bin Bashir narrated that the Messenger of Allah (S) said: The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between that are matters that are doubtful (not clear); many of the people do not know whether it is lawful or unlawful. So whoever leaves it to protect his religion and his honor, then he will be safe, and whoever falls into something from them, then he soon will have fallen into the unlawful. Just like if someone grazes (his animals) around a sanctuary, he would soon wind up in it. Indeed for every king is a sanctuary (pasture), and indeed Allah's sanctuary is what He made unlawful.
