حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الثَّوْبِ يُصِيبُهُ الدَّمُ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: حُتِّيهِ ثُمَّ اقْرُصِيهِ بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ رُشِّيهِ وَصَلِّي فِيهِ . قَالَ: وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَأُمِّ قَيْسِ بْنتِ مِحْصَنٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ أَسْمَاءَ فِي غَسْلِ الدَّمِ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي الدَّمِ يَكُونُ عَلَى الثَّوْبِ فَيُصَلِّي فِيهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْسِلَهُ، قَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ: إِذَا كَانَ الدَّمُ مِقْدَارَ الدِّرْهَمِ فَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ وَصَلَّى فِيهِ أَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ، وقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: إِذَا كَانَ الدَّمُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ قَدْرِ الدِّرْهَمِ أَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، وَلَمْ يُوجِبْ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ عَلَيْهِ الْإِعَادَةَ، وَإِنْ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ قَدْرِ الدِّرْهَمِ، وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ، وَإِسْحَاق، وقَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْغَسْلُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ أَقَلَّ مِنْ قَدْرِ الدِّرْهَمِ وَشَدَّدَ فِي ذَلِكَ.
اسماء بنت ابی بکر رضی الله عنہما کہتی ہیں کہ ایک عورت نے نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم سے اس کپڑے کے بارے میں پوچھا جس میں حیض کا خون لگ جائے، تو آپ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے کھرچ دو، پھر اسے پانی سے مل دو، پھر اس پر پانی بہا دو اور اس میں نماز پڑھو“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- خون کے دھونے کے سلسلے میں اسماء رضی الله عنہا کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوہریرہ اور ام قیس بنت محصن رضی الله عنہما سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- کپڑے میں جو خون لگ جائے اور اسے دھونے سے پہلے اس میں نماز پڑھ لے … اس کے بارے میں اہل علم کا اختلاف ہے ؛ تابعین میں سے بعض اہل علم کہتے ہیں کہ جب خون درہم کی مقدار میں ہو اور دھوے بغیر نماز پڑھ لے تو نماز دہرائے ۱؎، اور بعض کہتے ہیں کہ جب خون درہم کی مقدار سے زیادہ ہو تو نماز دہرائے ورنہ نہیں، یہی سفیان ثوری اور ابن مبارک کا قول ہے ۲؎ اور تابعین وغیرہم میں سے بعض اہل علم نے نماز کے دہرانے کو واجب نہیں کہا ہے گرچہ خون درہم کی مقدار سے زیادہ ہو، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ یہی کہتے ہیں ۳؎، جب کہ شافعی کہتے ہیں کہ اس پر دھونا واجب ہے گو درہم کی مقدار سے کم ہو، اس سلسلے میں انہوں نے سختی برتی ہے ۴؎۔
Asma' bint Abu Bakr narrated that : a woman asked the Prophet about a garment that was touched by some menstrual blood. So Allah's Messenger said: Remove it, and scrub it, then rinse it and pray in it
