حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ دَمًا أَحْمَرَ فَدِينَارٌ، وَإِذَا كَانَ دَمًا أَصْفَرَ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ الْكَفَّارَةِ فِي إِتْيَانِ الْحَائِضِ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَوْقُوفًا وَمَرْفُوعًا، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ، وَإِسْحَاق، قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ: يَسْتَغْفِرُ رَبَّهُ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ نَحْوُ قَوْلِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ بَعْضِ التَّابِعِينَ، مِنْهُمْ: سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ النَّخَعِيُّ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَامَّةِ عُلَمَاءِ الْأَمْصَارِ.
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب خون سرخ ہو ( اور جماع کر لے تو ) ایک دینار اور جب زرد ہو تو آدھا دینار ( صدقہ کرے ) “۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- حائضہ سے جماع کے کفارے کی حدیث ابن عباس سے موقوفاً اور مرفوعاً دونوں طرح سے مروی ہے، ۲- اور بعض اہل علم کا یہی قول ہے، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ بھی یہی کہتے ہیں۔ ابن مبارک کہتے ہیں: یہ اپنے رب سے استغفار کرے گا، اس پر کوئی کفارہ نہیں، ابن مبارک کے قول کی طرح بعض تابعین سے بھی مروی ہے جن میں سعید بن جبیر، ابراہیم نخعی بھی شامل ہیں۔ اور اکثر علماء امصار کا یہی قول ہے۔
Ibn Abbas narrated that : the Prophet said: When the blood is red then (give) a Dinar. And when the blood is yellow then half Dinar.
