Pakistan’s real estate market is extremely profitable. Most developers want to leave their mark on the industry, but only a few succeed after spending their entire lives working in it. Few people achieve success at a young age, and Samama Randhawa, Pakistan’s youngest real estate developer and property tycoon, is behind the country’s most expensive and opulent residence – One.

In its podcast “How Does It Work?” the media recently hosted Samama Randhawa of Randhawa Developments for an in-depth discussion about Pakistan’s real estate industry.

The podcast begins with Samama revealing that “One” is a Randhawa Developments sub-brand consisting of the country’s most luxurious residences.

Samama also laments that even the country’s top real estate developers use improvised arrangements in their most high-end residential projects, which leaves a lot to be desired.

Samama further explains that the project was named “One” because it is built on Street 1 in F-6/3, one of Islamabad’s most prestigious residential areas.

Moreover, Samama also discusses Randhawa Developments’ journey. In 1954, his father began working as a part-time contractor. His first construction project was a mud house. He worked in Faisalabad until 1962.

His father was the first to propose the concept of budget apartments. He relocated to Islamabad after the city was designated as Pakistan’s capital. He was a contractor until the 1970s. After moving to Islamabad, he built Blue Area as his first project.

During the podcast, Samama also discusses the importance of not selling your property in Islamabad, among other things.

It is to be mentioned that Samama Randhawa is the Chief Operating Officer of Randhawa Developments, a real estate development firm that has been in operation since 1954. Samama earned a BSc in Business Management from the University of London. Samama, Pakistan’s youngest real estate developer, aims to revolutionise the country’s high-end residential real estate industry.
