In a landmark coordinated effort, Pakistan cricket sensation Shaheen Shah Afridi has made history by becoming the 1st Muslim, Asian, and Pakistani competitor to officially launch the new Manchester United Football Kit. The fast bowler visited Old Trafford, the notable home of Manchester United, for this event, which denotes a huge partnership between the cricket star and one of the world’s most esteemed football clubs. 

A  Manchester United source spoke of the club’s excitement to work with Afridi. “This collaboration is particularly meaningful,” the source said. “Shaheen Shah Afridi has been warmly welcomed by the Old Trafford organization for the launch of the official kit, as his achievements in sport are recognized and will inspire more young people to partake in sports.” We expect further collaborations with Afridi later on.” 

During the visit, Shaheen Afridi was given a customized Manchester United pullover bearing his name and the famous No. 10, a number recently worn by legends like David Beckham, Ruud van Nistelrooy, and Wayne Rooney.

The motion by the club highlighted the regard in which Afridi is held in the cricketing scene as well as in global games.
