The Bara-Pishtakhara Road project, which is expected to cost Rs. 775 million, will assist thousands of people in Bara and Peshawar. 


KP Governor Ghulam Ali presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the Bara-Pishtakhara Road. Several caretaker cabinet members were present during the occasion, including Minister for Relief and Rehabilitation Taj Muhammad Afridi, Minister for Excise and Taxation Manzoor Khan Afridi,?Minister for Law Irshad Qaiser, and Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Revenue Pir Haroon Shah. 


Sources reported that the governor emphasised that the Bara-Pishtakhara Road project, which is expected to cost Rs. 775 million, will assist thousands of people in Bara and Peshawar. Recognising the growing issue of unemployment, he emphasised that the government’s top goal remains to provide work opportunities and critical facilities to tribal people. 


Moreover, the governor also thanked the security forces and tribal people for their unparalleled efforts in restoring peace and tranquillity to the region. He acknowledged the impact of the extended militancy on the education sector in Bara Tehsil and promised that measures would be made to rebuild the area’s damaged schools. 


The governor further emphasized that stringent deadline adherence and fast development project implementation would be assured without any compromise. Governor Ghulam Ali also announced the purchase of two ambulances for Dogra Hospital in the Bara and Hassankhel areas, which will improve healthcare services in the region. 


Meanwhile, presiding over another meeting at the Governor House, KP Governor emphasised the significance of spending development funds responsibly. According to the information, the governor was heading a meeting to discuss irrigation initiatives in the province and cautioned that abusing the allocated cash could strain the country’s economy even further. 


Attendees were informed?on current irrigation infrastructure and development projects in both settled regions and combined districts during the meeting. 


Haji Ghulam Ali said that the federal government would be approached to give funding and that the government was aware of tribal people’s difficulties and is striving to address them.
