In a thrilling game, Pakistan defeated England by three runs on Sunday at the National Stadium in Karachi during the fourth T20 international between the two teams.
After the first innings, Pakistan gave England a 167-run target. Only 163 runs scored by the English team in 19.3 overs as Mohammad Nawaz and Haris Rauf destroyed the opposition’s batting order by each capturing three wickets. Meanwhile,?Mohammad Hasnain took two wickets.
Pak First innings
At the conclusion of their first innings, Pakistan had scored 166 runs while losing four wickets. Captain Babar Azam and opening partner?Mohammad Rizwan both scored 36?and 88?runs, respectively. Reece Topley of England took two wickets while giving?37 runs.
Pakistan was given the opportunity to bat first after England’s skipper Moeen Ali won the toss.
Pakistan was the first side to reach the milestone, playing in their 200th T20 on Sunday.
From the previous game, England made three adjustments. While Olly Stone received his opportunity to play in an international T20 match, Alex Hales and David Willey joined the lineup.
They took the place of Mark Wood, Sam Curran, and Dawid Malan. In order to bring Asif Ali and Naseem Shah, Pakistan left out the unhealthy Haider Ali and Shahnawaz Dahani.
