The Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF) Town has successfully?launched limited residential plots for overseas Pakistanis on a first-come, first-served basis, sources reported. The project is situated on Raiwind Road, adjacent to OPF Greens, and a short drive from Ring Road.
The advertisement refers to it as a ‘Golden Opportunity’ for overseas Pakistanis to obtain 3.5, 5, 6, and 8 marla residential plots in OPF Town, Lahore on 8 quarterly instalments, with a down payment of 35% of the total price.
The following are the eligibility requirements for potential investors:
OPF Members – Overseas Pakistanis who are members of the foundation
Overseas Pakistanis – People who are not members of OPF will have to submit a bank draft of PKR 2,000 and a duly filled membership form to get registration with OPF and become eligible to apply for the plots
In addition, a non-refundable application processing payment of PKR 10,000 will also be charged. The OPF Town comes with some important features like:
